Co-Founder & Academic Lead

Tuki is a Lecturer in the School of Psychology at Western Sydney University and has taught psychology in higher education for over a decade. With a PhD in Psychology from Macquarie University and postdoctoral tenure at Yale University and the University of Bristol, his skills in data science, machine learning, neuroscience, and clinical applied psychology drives Psych Ready's simulation engine. His deep understanding of how students learn and adapt to technology is instrumental in crafting realistic, impactful training modules that meet pedagogical and clinical standards.

Co-Founder & Clinical Lead

Jacqueline is an Endorsed Clinical Psychologist and active researcher completing her PhD in mental health literacy of primary school educators. Having navigated the rigid and challenging clinical training pathway firsthand, she brings crucial insight into the genuine struggles faced by students entering the field. Her extensive background in anxiety, youth mental health, and suicide prevention ensures that Psych Ready scenarios are clinically accurate, ethically sound, and pedagogically effective for real-world preparation.
